1. Definitions

1.1. “Company” refers to Comfort Transport UK LTD., a UK-based minicab service provider registered with Transport for London (TfL).

1.2. “Customer” refers to any person, firm, company, or organization using the minicab services provided by the Company.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1. All minicab bookings must be made through the Company’s designated channels, including the official website, mobile application, or telephone.

2.2. The Company will confirm the booking via email, SMS, through the mobile application or direct office visit.

2.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including pick-up location, drop-off location, and any special requirements.

3. Fare Structure and Payment

3.1. The Company’s fare structure is transparent and will be communicated to customers at the time of booking.

3.2. All fares are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3.3. Payment can be made in cash or through approved electronic payment methods.

3.4. The Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for waiting time, changes to the booking, or other circumstances beyond its control.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Customers may cancel a booking without incurring charges if done within a reasonable timeframe, as specified by the Company.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the cancellation occurs within a specified period before the scheduled pick-up time.

4.3  After 5-minute free waiting period, a waiting charge of £0.30 per minute is incurred.

5. Service Standards

5.1. The Company is committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional minicab services.

5.2. Drivers employed by the Company will adhere to all relevant regulations and maintain a high standard of customer service.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. The Company holds appropriate insurance coverage for its minicab services.

6.2. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond its control, including traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

7. Compliance with TfL Regulations

7.1. The Company is registered with Transport for London (TfL) and complies with all relevant regulations and standards set forth by TfL.

7.2. Customers are encouraged to report any concerns or feedback regarding the Company’s services to TfL.

8. Termination of Service

8.1. The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer for reasons including but not limited to abusive behavior, non-compliance with terms and conditions, or violation of applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By using the minicab services provided by Comfort Transport Uk LTD., the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
